Chris Pawlett, owner of the well-established Guisborough central heating and fireplaces company GA Pawlett, believes customers can make much better, long-term purchase decisions on fires if they can see products working in a showroom.
The company - which is based on Northgate, supplies and installs central heating systems and fireplaces - has specifically grown its selection of luxury offerings and recently signed an exclusive distributor deal with Clearview - one of the UK's leading solid fuel stove producers.
Having just spent thousands of pounds on a luxury showroom with a fully diverse range of products the Guisborough based family business can allow its customers to view and experience its products first hand.
Chris Pawlett, whose family business has been installing and selling products for more than 35 years, believes an engaging showroom that creatively showcases a myriad of contemporary and traditional fireplaces - along with attentive and informative personnel - are the hallmarks of a successful business.
"People expect to see a significant amount of products in an engaging showroom setting these days and the more contemporary the products are, the more people expect from an environment in which to choose them," he said.
"Our Guisborough showroom gives potential clients not only a good idea of what kind of fires are out there, but it should create ideas, get them excited and give them a good idea about what kind of job and service we provide."
The showroom, which has taken considerable investment when most companies are reducing costs, is made of up of multiple fires and surrounds from traditional to highly contemporary, to improve the customer experience and showcase what Pawletts has to offer.
